We’re seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead all plant environmental, health and safety programs. The role reports directly to an empowering, positive focused, mentoring Plant Manager with additional oversight by corporate EHS leadership. The EHS Manager has three direct reports including 2 safety technicians and a safety coordinator. This is a high growth business having nearly doubled over the past 5 years and 10% growth targets moving forward with 500 employees in a 400+ sq ft manufacturing facility which includes polymer molding and extrusion manufacturing processes.
We are targeting 10+ years of overall EHS experience with some experience in leadership directing others in safety functions in a manufacturing facility environment. Of course, a strong understanding of safety and environmental federal, state and local regulations.
