The Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) is an independent, 501 (C) nonprofit scientific research and communications organization supported by property insurers, reinsurers, and affiliated companies. IBHS’s building safety research leads to real-world solutions for home and business owners, helping to create more resilient communities.   The Richburg, SC site features a large building wind lab, hail lab and wildfire lab.

Attendance is limited.  Attendees must sign up by January 13th.  An online liability waiver will need to be filled out and a copy of the IBHS COVID protocols must be read.  Low heeled closed toe shoes are required.
